To date, MOG works through advertising and subscriptions to 10 dollars per month entitling the consultation of playlists on PC and mobile. By cons, the service pays for broadcasting rights to the labels that produce music and put online.

Assuming the acquisition of MOG, HTC could therefore propose a privileged access (or included) in the service for the purchase of smartphones with its technology Beats. In France, a relatively similar synergy is already offered by Orange, which took a stake in Deezer. Since the signing of this partnership, the operator includes the Deezer Premium to some of its packages as an option.
